What exactly is 'Wonky Coffee'?
Wonky Coffee is high-quality, specialty-grade coffee that is sourced from odd-sized beans or surplus stock that would otherwise go to waste. It tastes just as premium as standard beans, but at a more sustainable price point.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your beans leave our roastery.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. Reducing food waste is our mission, but ethical sourcing is our foundation.
Can I return my coffee if I don't like it?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can save 15% on every order by signing up for a Wonky Subscription. You can choose your frequency and cancel or pause your deliveries at any time through your account dashboard.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are committed to the planet. All of our coffee bags are 100% compostable, and our shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard and are fully recyclable.
